How to track your order
- Open your Duffelbags.com order confirmation or shipping confirmation email.
- Select View your order to open your secure order-status page, or use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation to follow your shipment.
- If prompted, enter your order number (for example, #1001) and the email address you used at checkout to verify your identity. Your order number is in your confirmation email.
Once tracking has been added to your order, your order-status page will show your shipment's tracking details. Available updates depend on the carrier.
Can't find your confirmation email?
Search your inbox for Duffelbags.com and check your spam or junk folder. If you have a customer account, you can also sign in to view your orders.
